General terms and conditions

Bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. We reserve the right to make a reservation worth the cost of the stay on the credit card.

Non-refundable bookings must be paid in advance. The credit card will be used for this purpose after making the reservation.

Bookings made are in principle final, taking into account the cancellation policy:

• Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
• Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or changed.

House rules

• You should be considerate of other guests and not cause a nuisance.
• Smoking is not allowed in the entire building. This is only allowed outside the hotel, including on the balconies, terraces and patio.

Pets are allowed. However, we assume that pets will not cause any nuisance to other guests in the hotel.
